The exhibition has established itself as one of the largest exhibitions of its kind worldwide as 1,696 exhibitors from 55 countries participated in the event. WETEX serves as a global platform for exhibitors to showcase latest technologies, raise corporate profiles and promote products and services while sharing ideas and best practices with the world’s leading players in the water, energy, and environment sectors. Once again, water professionals from around the globe will meet in Las Vegas to share their expertise and experiences in urban water efficiency at the annual WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition, October 7-9 at the South Point Hotel and Conference center. Now in its eighth year, WSI is presented by the Southern Nevada Water Authority in conjunction with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's WaterSense Program, the Alliance for Water Efficiency, the American Water Works Association, and other leading national and international organizations.

Last year, WSI drew more than 900 professionals from 36 states and the District of Columbia, as well as Australia, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
